How fast is delivery?
Express delivery is 1–2 working days (£6.99) and standard is 2–4 working days (£3.99). Everything is sent tracked and signed for.
Can I return my order?
We offer exchanges and store credit rather than cash refunds. If a pair isn't right, get in touch within 14 days and we'll swap it for a different size or a different pair, or issue store credit to spend whenever you like. See Delivery & Returns for the full policy.
Do you take size requests?
Yes. If your size isn't listed on a product, message us and we'll do our best to source it.
What are customised pairs?
One-of-one pairs hand-finished by JM Customs on genuine Nike bases. They're cold-wash friendly and built to be worn. As they're made to order, they can't be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
What condition are pre-owned pairs in?
Every pre-owned pair is honestly graded, photographed as-is and fully inspected before dispatch. What you see is what you get.
